THE MARK OF THE BEAST:

BRANDED FOR YESHUA

"Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD."

Leviticus 19:28

"And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." Revelation 13:17

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man do homage to the beast and his image, and receive his mark on his forehead, or upon his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name."  Revelation 14:9-11

When discussing the Mark of the Beast, it is necessary to state at the outset that the various versions of the Bible obfuscate the subject of the mark "insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect"!  For starters, we must warn that the King James Version does not always follow the Textus Receptus and unfortunately mistranslates the critical verses pertaining to the Mark of the Beast.  Our position is that the Textus Receptus was verbally inspired by God and is the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men. The George Ricker Berry Interlinear Greek-English New Testament 1. translates the Textus Receptus accurately in these verses.

"And it causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bondmen, that it should give them a mark on their right hand, or on their foreheads; and that no one should be able to buy or to sell, except he who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of its name." (Rev. 13:16,17)

Revelation 14:9-11 describes the eternal damnation of those who receive the mark of the beast ON the hand or forehead:

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man do homage to the beast and his image, and receive his mark ON his forehead, or UPON his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name."

In the King James Version, the identical phrase in Rev. 20:4 pertaining to the mark on the forehead is correctly translated "upon":

"And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark UPON their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."

The Textus Receptus states that there will be three distinct ways offered to men to show allegiance to the beast -- "that no one should be able to buy or to sell, except he who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of its name."  In this verse the King James follows the Textus Receptus closely, however, modern versions restructure Rev. 13:17 in such ways as to change its meaning:

NIV - "...so that no one could buy or sell, unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

NASV - "...that no one should be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. "

RSV - "...so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name."

Amplified - "...So that no one will have power to buy or sell unless he bears the stamp (mark, inscription), [that is] the name of the beast or the number of his name."

The Message - "Without the mark of the name of the Beast or the number of its name, it was impossible to buy or sell anything."

By means of this literary sleight of hand in modern versions, the Mark becomes the Name or Number of the Beast rather than having a separate identity.  However, all three of these three symbols of allegiance to the Antichrist are currently finding acceptance in the apostate church.

The current New World Order propaganda identifies the Mark of the Beast as the computer chip implant.  However, according to Strong's Concordance, the definition for the word "mark" in Revelation 13:16-17 is not  "implant" but an "engraved" image or "etching". This definition applies exclusively to ALL references to "the mark" in the book of Revelation.

5480 - charagma, (khar'-ag-mah); from the same as 5482; a scratch or etching, i.e. stamp (as a badge of servitude), or sculptured figure (statue):-graven image, mark.

5482 - charasso-(to sharpen to a point, akin to 1125 through the idea of scratching)...

1125 - grapho-(graf-o); a prim. verb; to "grave", espec. to write; fig. to describe:-- describe, write(-ing,-ten)  2.

[Eng. Dictionary def.-- "grave" --Archaic. engrave; carve; sculpture. 2.impress deeply; fix firmly]

Leviticus 19:28 states: "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD." Although the ancient pagan custom of etching or tattooing symbols on human flesh was forbidden by God,  Tattooing for Jesus by David Cloud reveals that this heathen custom is now being introduced to the churches.
"Reporter Douglas Todd of The Vancouver Sun visited the Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Langley, British Columbia, and found that tattoos are the newest 'in thing' for Vineyard Christians. Amy Bonde, who is a staff member at the Vineyard in Langley, has a large Celtic cross tattooed on the small of her back. Encircling the cross are Hebrew letters that allegedly mean, 'I am my beloved's, and he is mine.' Bonde says the tattoo signifies that she looks upon Jesus Christ as her 'lover.' Another Vineyard member, Peter Davyduck, has a tattoo of the word 'SIN' on his ankle. He says this is a message to 'judgmental Christians that everyone is a sinner and should be accepted in spite of it.'
"The Vancouver Sun report notes that the tattooing represents 'a sign of a seismic shift in evangelical Christianity, which has been associated for most of this century with harsh rules about controlling one's body: no dancing, no long hair on men, no pants on women, no drinking, no dancing, no jewelry and certainly NO TATTOOING.'
"The Bismarck Tribune (North Dakota) ran an article in November 1998 about the Christian Tattoo Association operated by Randy Mastre and two other members of New Song Community Church in Bismarck. Their goal is 'to bring Christianity to tattooers.'
"...Amy Bonde admits that she got a tattoo 'partly out of rebellion against the normal Christian stereotype of 'You can't do this, you can't do that.' She admits that her mother did not want her to get a tattoo and did not like it... "
3. [bolding added]
The Greek dictionary defined "the mark" to include "a scratch or etching, i.e. stamp" and " to "grave", espec. to write".  The English dictionary definition of "tattoo" is to "...mark (the skin) with designs or patterns by pricking it and putting in colors..."

The Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 99 describes modern methods of tattooing:

"Tattooing: method of decorating the skin by inserting colored substances under the surface. The skin is punctured with a sharp instrument, which now is usually an electric needle. In many parts of the world tribal people use tattooing and scarification to indicate social rank and affiliation... Scarification involves slashing the skin and introducing irritants into the wounds, which, when healed, leave pronounced scars..."
Encarta also relates tattooing to branding, which is used to display ownership:
"Branding: originally, searing of flesh with a hot iron to produce a scar with an easily recognizable pattern for identification or other purposes. Branding was formerly used on human beings... Branding today is often done with chemicals, tattooing, paint, tagging, or ear-notching... Used at first primarily as proof of ownership... "
SOLD OUT OR SELLING OUT?

Rita Elkins, a reporter for Florida Today, states in the article, "CHRISTIAN PUNKS HAVE PIERCINGS, TATTOOS AND...RADICAL FAITH," that this "radical" approach is being undertaken by young people across North America. Rita Elkins writes:

"...Reflecting a national trend, hundreds of teens and young adults from Titusville to Sebastian are combining punk appearance with a radical Christianity based on the Bible and a personal, often deeply emotional, relationship with Jesus Christ.
"Between 100 and 300 Christian punks show up wherever their favorite bands play, including a Sunday night worship service and Bible study called 'Deeper' at Tabernacle Church in Melbourne. 'A lot of people look at us different because we have piercings and we're Christian,' says Ashley Wecker, 15,...At last week's Deeper service, she was sporting silver jewelry in multiple-pierced ears and in one pierced eyebrow.
"'I struggled with it at first,' admits her father, Richard Wecker, 50. But after hearing a pastor ask if parents would prefer children who are 'sold out to Christ,' or children who 'are basically formed in our image,' Wecker says he relaxed...
"If their heart is after Jesus, what difference does it make? He's given me at least a peace about it, as long as I can see where their hearts are."
4.
It is appalling that Christian leaders would encourage disobedience to God's command against marking the flesh.  The aforementioned parent probably discerned that tattooing was wrong but was persuaded otherwise by a pastor who regards disobedience to Scripture as being "sold out to Christ".  This article also reported that with tattoos, Christian youth are right in step with their unbelieving peers -- no separation from the world for Generation X Christians!
"A handful of Brevard teens -- considered radical even by their Christian peers -- say body marking is an essential part of their faith. But most of the local Christian punks 'are just, you know, being teen-agers,' says Ashley Wecker.
"In other words, it's only coincidence they're finding faith at the same time they're digging punk styles."
5.
For many teenagers tattooing is a form of rebellion, which Scripture equates with witchcraft. (I Samuel 15:23)  It is not surprising that one popular symbol is the ancient symbol associate with Saturn worship in the Old Testament. Like Mattel's "Butterfly Art Barbie", who had one such design neatly centered on her navel, "Christian" tattoos are being branded on the private parts of the body:
"'I wanted a tattoo for a long time, for solely non-Christian reasons,' says Brandon Eaton, 17. 'But God is my life, so everything I do reflects that.' The result? A Star of David with 'Jesus' tattooed on the outside of his calf.
"...Andy Richardson...once had his nipples pierced, but decided soon after it wasn't for him. Now he has two Christian-themed tattoos in private locations on his body.
"'They're both for me and the Lord -- not for other people to see -- to remind me every day when I wake up that he is my life,' says Richardson, who works with various church youth groups and overseas missions. 'A tattoo is forever, like the Lord's forever.'"
6.
Tattooing was a ritual common to pagan religions which involved the worship of other gods. An example of this practice is found in I Kings 18:28 where the prophets of Baal cut themselves in order to invoke their gods.  To mark oneself in allegiance to a strange god violates what Jesus called "the first and greatest commandment" of the moral law -- "to love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind." [Matt. 22:37] False teachers who advocate tattooing or branding occult symbols on young people today must wrest the Scriptures (to their own destruction) attempting to justify that receiving such a mark is a Biblical concept.
"...Supporters point to Bible verses hinting at its acceptability. There are even indications God used physical markings to set people apart for divine purposes."
"A compelling example is a popular T-shirt that reads, 'Body piercing saved my life,' accompanied by drawings of Jesus' pierced hands and feet."

"...one youth's personal Web page: http://www.angelfire.com/oh/dorkville. ...The word I like to use is tau-too. Tau is a Hebrew letter that means cross or mark, so it is a cross mark for God." 7.

Rationalization for marking Christians will likely be based upon the misinterpretation of Scripture passages such as Ezekiel 9 and denial of Leviticus 19:28, as found on the website of the aforementioned youth who promotes "tau-tooing."  This lad also promotes a book on Tau-tooing and the Bible, although any occultist would recognize that TAU is the universal symbol of consecration for the Royal Arch Degree of Masonry.
"Tau (Heb.). That which has now become the square Hebrew letter tau, but was ages before the invention of the Jewish alphabet, the Egyptian handled cross, the crux ansata of the Latins, and identical with the Egyptian ankh. This mark belonged exclusively, and still belongs, to the Adepts of every country. As Kenneth R.F. Mackenzie shows, 'It was a symbol of salvation and consecration, and as such has ben adopted as a Masonic symbol used by the ancient Mexicans -- as its presence on one of the palaces at Palenque shows -- as well as by the Hindus, who placed the tau on the brows of their Chelas.'" 8.
Like the secular tattoo parlors whose clientele include high class patrons rather than drunken sailors, Pentecostal, Vineyard and Calvary Chapel churches rationalize tattoos as an art form.
"The Christian Tattoo Association boasts almost 100 tattoo parlors as members...
"We don't want everybody in the world to think that tattooing is the work of the devil, because it isn't," says Randy Mastre of Bismarck, N.D., a Pentecostal seminarian and tattoo artist who founded the association. 'It's a beautiful art form.'
"Locally, Christian punks can be found scattered in area churches. But they tend to congregate around New Life Christian Center in Titusville, Calvary Chapel on Merritt Island and at South Brevard's Tabernacle Church. Each of these has strong contemporary music programs and youth ministries that refuse to be shocked by appearances.
"...Is all this a bit extreme? Yes, but that works with teens, says Vineyard Christian Fellowship youth pastor Curtis Deming.
"'I find that teen-agers as a species tend to gravitate to extremes, and that mainstream moderation in anything is boring to them,' says Deming, who sometimes has to reel kids in from other dangerous extremes. 'But my answer wouldn't be, 'Don't go overboard with this God thing.'"
9.
To suggest that teen-agers are a separate "species", with different sin issues and different requirements of obedience, is to depart from the truth of God's Word. Teens especially need the clear teaching of God's word from their parents (Deut. 6:7; Prov. 22:6).  Since many of these teenagers will not be taught the Scriptures or will be reading versions of the Bible that alter key verses, it is conceivable that they will believe that they must receive a mark that is distinctive for "Christians" in order to demonstrate their allegiance to God.

JUNK RELIGION

Tattooing with various and occult symbols and terminology is preparing Christians to accept a physical mark in obedience to the Antichrist and his miracle working False Prophet.  In order to mainstream this heathen custom, all legal hindrances are being removed. Tattooing has become a Court issue in the United States--even a matter of "protected rights".

An article in the Boston Globe article by Joe Sciacca,  "I (heart) Mom, but I can't put it in writing" on May 3, 1999, reported that the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) was suing the State of Massachusetts so that tattoos are a protected right and available in all states.  At this time, they are illegal in Massachusetts. 10.  The ACLU lawsuit is based on some of the ideas expressed by Sciacca:

"What's really in at the moment is tribal art or 'blackwork,' intricate designs and patterns."
"Persons across the cultural spectrum of America have tattoos," the civil liberties suit says.
"Estimates of the numbers of Americans in certain age groups who have tattoos range as high as 30 percent.
"Persons obtain tattoos to demonstrate their lifelong commitment to other persons, institutions, religious beliefs and to political or personal beliefs," the suit maintains." 11.
It is reported that some New Agers have already accepted the "mark" as part of their initiation ceremonies.
"A growing number of New Agers HAVE ALREADY UNDERGONE AN INITIATION CEREMONY AND ACCEPTED THE MARK. They almost universally report that although they approach the ceremony with dread and foreboding, after it is over... 'I discovered that the LINES ON THE PALM OF MY RIGHT HAND HAD BEEN ALTERED, and a portion of them now FORMED A SIX-POINTED STAR about an inch in circumference. It terrified me when I first spotted it... But as time went on, I learned to accept the changes within my body, and I really felt quite special." 12.
We have seen how "Christian" youth are being told that tattooing sets them apart as 'special' or chosen by God for a unique purpose. As for the general population, the tattooing/branding fad was reported in the media over two years ago.
"As more Americans proudly display tattoos and pierced body parts, others are adopting another form of 'body art': branding. Strips of surgical steel are heated to 1,100 degrees Fahrenheit and pressed into the skin to produce scars in a variety of shapes.
"Though far less common than tattoos or piercing, branding has caught on since its commercial infancy a decade ago on the West Coast; branding salons have set up shop in the East, particularly in the New York area. Two years ago, Primal Urge, a branding and piercing parlor in New Hope, Pa., performed only two or three brandings each month. Now Primal Urge brands a customer nearly every business day; the average age of the customers is in the mid-30s...
"Pierced skin will usually close up and tattoos can be removed with lasers, but brands are forever. Many brandees are less focused on the indelible future than the moment of searing pain and the ensuing endomorphin rush."
13.
A tattoo artist in Baltimore stated, "In a culture that doesn't have any rites of passage, maybe some things shouldn't be made easier." 14.  It will only be a matter of time before tattooing/branding will be incorporated into the 'rites of passage' (initiation rites) advocated by James Dobson, Robert Hicks and the Promise Keepers Organization.

A New Zealander wrote to inform us about the tattoo rage in NZ.  It seems that false revival proponent, Andrew Strom, defends 'gangs for Jesus' and the trend for 'Christian' tattoos. For instance, many of the Maori Indians who turned to Christianity in the last century were no longer required by missionaries to give up their moko (tattoo) but may now embrace it along with other unscriptural heathen practices, in keeping with the synchretistism of the Charismatic revival.

"In regards to tattoos:  I made brief mention of this in a letter I sent Andrew Strom last year (found on 'The Two Wines'):
"[Some other things which concern me about your ministry Brother ...  firstly:  God using 'sanctified gangs' in these last days.  Praise Him for individual gang members who are coming to the grace of God.  But to exchange gang paraphernalia for christian paraphernalia, like chapters and patches for Jesus etc., is not for the spiritual man.   I have seen photos in our own local newspaper of Bodgie types who have apparently been saved, and are now virtually cool 'Bodgies' for Jesus.  Meaning, they now have tats (tattoos) inscribed on them like 'Jesus saves', and wear all the same (crazy) apparel they wore before, but with christian symbols (and mottos) on, along with their crazy hair duze.
"Zep. 1:8  And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD'S sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king's children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.
"Didn't Keith Green call this 'Jesus' junk?  I heard the other day someone ringing up our local christian radio station justifying their brother getting a pierced tongue, saying they had no problem with this as God knew his heart.  These sickened things shouldn't even be discussed in Christian circles, as the word of God is clear about marking and mutilating the temple.]...
"First we had the big push on 'piercing', then 'tattooing', and a few months ago I remember the TV news reporting (with footage) the introduction of 'branding' (stamping symbols on the body using a heated utensil) in our country. 'The TV announcer made the presentation in a light hearted manner, with a smile, if it was just another 'fun' craze we should all accept."
15.
New Zealand is reported to be the most "tattooed" country in the world, where this custom has become a thriving business. This is due to the MOKO (tattoo) being promoted as Maori tattoo artists work hand in hand with the New Age to help the Indians find their identity through their ancestral roots.  Ancient Maori tattooing consisted of graphic detailed spiritual face to feet design work, a heathen custom which the natives relinquished with the introduction of Christianity.  Now a New Age form of tattooing, along with the resurrected traditional moko and western heathendom, is becoming accepted and even fashionable.

Such paganism is retained among other native groups such as North American First Nations of Canada, which professes Christianity yet promotes the shamanism of DreamCatchers. Based upon the Masonic point within a circle, the Legend of the DreamCatcher tells the history of this talisman to ward off bad dreams.

"The web is a perfect circle with a hole in the center. Use the web to help your people reach their goals, making good use of their ideas, dreams and visions. If you believe in the great spirit, the web will catch your good ideas and the bad ones will go through the hole."
Gitchi Manitou is the Great Spirit of Native American mythology.  This spirit is being invoked in Canadian churches and by New Agers posing as Christians throughout the American Evangelical community.  This syncretism also occured at the Promise Keepers "Stand in the Gap" gathering in Washington, D.C. in October of 1997 where several native American Indians opened the Sacred Assembly with an Indian chant.  Only another American Indian would know the interpretation of this chant and which "god" may have been invoked. An ancient Indian invocation would have addressed the Great Spirit who is believed to be the Sun God commonly worshipped by aboriginal tribes. PK founder Bill McCartney spoke favorably of the syncretism of cultural traditions: "...this is unity in diversity, this is diversity without dissension" -- as long as one proclaims the Name of Jesus. Unfortunately, "another Jesus" was being proclaimed.

CHAKRA PIERCING

In the United States the Messianic Charismatic MessiahNet/Perfect Word Ministries once promoting the practice of "branding" all emails with the name of "Yeshua" in order to familiarize all people with "the Name".

"MessiahNet is an online community of Jewish and non-Jewish believers in the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus). Our new outreach program WWYD?(tm) [What would Yeshua do?] is also off the ground!... We are excited to see our community take hold of the vision of sharing the name of Yeshua by branding every e-mail they send with the Savior's name. http://www.wwyd.com/ " 16.

"Yeshua" is said to refer to the Hebrew name for Jesus. However, the New Testament was written in Greek, so who is this fellow, Yeshua? According to the Jewish Encyclopedia, there is a Talmudic legend that slanders Jesus Christ as Jeshu or Yeshu.

"... the Jewish Encyclopœdia admits that Jewish legends concerning Jesus are found in the Talmud and Midrash and in 'the life of Jesus ( Toledot Yeshu) that originated in the Middle Ages. It is the tendency of all these sources to belittlethe person of Jesus by ascribing to Him illegitimate birth, magic, and a shameful death. " 17.

In the Talmud, treatise Sabbath, folio 104, treatise Sanhedrim, folio 107, and Sota, folio 47 presents this falsified account of Yeshu:

"...the Toledot Yeshu relates with the most indecent details that Miriam, a hairdresser of Bethlehem, affianced to a young man named Jochanan, was seduced by a libertine, Joseph Panther or Pandira, and gave birth to a son whom she named Johosuah or Jeschu. According to the Talmudic authors of the Sota and the Sanhedrim, Jeschu was taken during his boyhood to Egypt, where he was initiated into the secrets doctrines of the priests, and on his return to Palestine gave himself up to the practice of magic.  The Toledot Yeshu, however, goes on to say that on reaching manhood, Jeschu learnt the secret of his illegitimacy, on account of which he was driven out of the Synagogue and took refuge for a time in Galilee."

"Now, there was in the Temple a stone on which was engraved the Tetragrammaton [YHWH] or Schem Hamphorasch, that is to say, the Ineffable Name of God; this stone had been found by King David when the foundations of the Temple were being prepared and was deposited by him in the Holy of Holies. Jeschu, knowing this, came from Galilee and, penetrating into the Holy of Holies, read the Ineffable name, which he transcribed on to a piece of whom parchment and concealed in an incision under his skin. By this means he was able to work miracles and to persuade the people that he was the son of God foretold by Isaiah. With the aid of Judas, the Sages of the Synagogue, succeeding in capturing Jeschu, who was then lead before the Great and Little Sanhedrim, by whom he was condemned to be stoned to death and finally hanged." Such is the story of Christ according to the Jewish Kabbalists ..." 18.

Supporters of the abovementioned MessiahNet/Perfect Word website include "revival prophet" Rick Joyner of "Morningstar" Ministries, who recently, alongside Rabbi Robert Cohen, laid out a prophetic vision for the Messianic Jewish Movement. Rick Joyner has also stated that he is a Knight of the Sovereign Military Order Malta.  False prophets like Joyner have unleashed upon the Church a revival of paganism that reduces people to altered states of consciousness through the activation of chakras or energy points on the body. Interestingly, the Hindu equivalent of branding is called "Chakra Piercing." A webpage on Chakra Piercing reveals that piercing or scarring is far more than a form of rebellion or artistry, but is intended to induce the Kundalini experience of an altered state of consciousness.
"Chakras are the major energy centres within our bodies, called such in the Hindu traditions which have been their main advocates. Body Piercing is an ancient tradition of gnosis which has gained increasing popularity in recent years in various subcultures. One of my aims with performing piercings at these energy centres is to unite these traditions, to open awareness of the chakra energies to the physical/materialist-orientated western mind, and to acknowledge body piercing as an ancient and valid means of gnosis, rather than just a decorative art.
"What is within is brought without. The location of the chakra points is thus demonstrated - although piercings are only basically surface punctures, they do focus the attention on a certain area and thus activate the energies there, as in acupuncture techniques. The physical sensation of pain also releases chemicals in the body which help induce gnosis and trance."

The Eastern mysticism of the Tibetan and Hindu people is almost identical to the native Hopi chakras and initiation as related by Frank Water's in his Book of the Hopi." This unity of mystical experience indicates a common source.
"Tibetan and Hindu mysticisms, like Hopi mysticism, postulate a similar series of centers of force or psychophysical centers in the human body, in which psychic forces and bodily functions merge into each other. These cakras, as described, coincide with those of the Hopis. They correspond roughly with the physical centers but they function psychically rather than solely physiologically. The highest and most important center described by Eastern mysticism lies, like that of the Hopi, at the crown of the head...it is so important as a seat of psychic consciousness that it is regarded as of a higher order than the other centers. As in the Hopi belief, it is the "door to the Creator," through which consciousness enters and leaves." 20.
True Christian ministers have identified the manifestations of the current revival as classic demon possession.  Kundalini is appropriately called the sleeping serpent residing at the base of the spine. One minister, Ray McGraw of Ray of Hope Ministries, wrote that many people who become involved in this "revival" have required deliverance from demonic possession:
"I have done hundreds of deliverances on people involved in the Vineyard movement and the Toronto Blessing. Each one has had a powerful sprit under the leadership of the strong man Anti-christ and false prophet. These are the two most powerful spirits reserved for the end time. All the manifestations such as roaring like a lion, birthing, scrunching etc. were manifestations produced by the False prophet generating worship for the Anti-christ. I have solid proof of this... "
"The church has been warned not to be deceived by an impostor Anti-christ that works closely with another impostor called the False prophet. Remember that Anti-christ does not come as Anti-christ but as Christ. False prophet does not come as false prophet, he comes as Holy Spirit."
"The church has been warned not to be deceived by these two. Both these spirits have an assignment against God's people and are the two end-time spirits unleashed upon us with the mandate: 'DESTROY THE HOLY PEOPLE' as recorded in Daniel 8:24 "... he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and Holy people, and through this policy also he shall cause craft to prosper and by peace shall destroy many."
"This is of course referring to the Anti-christ himself during the tribulation but this is how this spirit will operate today, not only does he destroy, but he causes witchcraft to flourish because his followers are moved by this spirit. Be careful of individuals who want to pray for you when you have not solicited their prayers, as the spirits are transferred by the laying on of hands and association when there is lack of discernment." 21.

THE MESSIANICS' MARK

The Lausanne Consultation on Jewish Evangelism and Joint Prophecy of Rick Joyner and Rabbi Robert Cohen reveal that the Pentecostal and Messianic movements have been collaborating behind the scenes for many years.  According to Joyner's prophecy to the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America, Messianic Jews will soon be in strategic positions to lead the Christian Church back to its "Hebrew Roots":

"And you know I believe one of your ultimate callings, I personally believe and I may be saying this jealously, your ultimate calling is to the Church. To help us. To help us. We’re not going to get there without what you’ve got. And to be honest with you, I don’t think you really know what you’ve got yet. I really don’t. I don’t think it’s clear to you yet. I believe it’s getting clear. But we’re not going to get where we’re supposed to be without you."
In 1997, Dean Cozzens of Open Church Ministries published a prophecy titled The Hebrew Movement, in which he revealed that God foreordained four major moves for this century. These were: 1. The Pentecostal Movement, 2. The Faith-Healing Movement, 3. The Charismatic Movement, and 4. The Hebrew Movement.

In this prophecy, the Hebrew or Messianic Movement is the final stage of empowerment before the Church is "thrust into His glory." Sadly, many Christians who have been sufficiently processed by the first three gnostic movements are being moved along the same conveyor belt of "new revelations" that is now carrying them through a full curriculum of "Hebrew Roots" teachings concocted by unconverted Jews, who are in fact Kabbalists (Jewish gnostics).

This is not the first time Rabbi Cohen, Rick Joyner and Stephen Strang have shared the same platform.  At Israel's Jubilee Celebration, sponsored in 1988 by the Christian Alliance for Israel, these three men shared the platform with an assortment of heretical and ecumenical leaders such as Benny Hinn, Jay Sekulow [CNP]; Tom Hess [CNP]; Mike Bickle; George Otis, Sid Roth and Stephan Strang.

An informative paper on The Ascendance of 'Messianic Judaism' in the Context of 'Hebrew Christianity by William Greene, Ph.D. identifies over 90% of Messianic congregations as Charismatic.

"…Over ninety percent of the Messianic congregations in the United States are 'charismatic' in their theological orientation (believing in the gifts [charisms] of the Holy Spirit: tongues, healing, etc.), with one-third having been created by the charismatic Assemblies of God denomination. The meeting halls … look similar to other synagogues, with the Israeli flag and the American flag at the front on either side, a Star of David, a menorah, and (in some cases) a Torah scroll behind a curtain… these congregations are not 'overtly evangelistic.' They see their purpose as being for fellowship and worship 'in a fashion more conducive to the Jewish heritage' than would be the case in a traditional Gentile Christian setting."
The Messianic movement heavily promotes the Star of David, which is the pagan Star of Remphan that incurred God's judgment on apostate Israelites during their wanderings in the wilderness.  Recall the aforementioned youth who chose the Star of David for his tattoo? "'I wanted a tattoo for a long time, for solely non-Christian reasons,' says Brandon Eaton, 17. 'But God is my life, so everything I do reflects that.' The result? A Star of David with 'Jesus' tattooed on the outside of his calf."  Where did this young man conceive of the idea to have a Star of David branded on his leg?  No doubt through exposure to the pernicious influence of the Messianic movement.  This Judaizing movement, which has infiltrated Charismania is actually Kabbalisim in disguise, glorifying the ancient false gods which Israel was forbidden to worship.
But ye have born the tabernacle of your Moloch, and Chiun (Remphan) your images, the STAR OF YOUR GOD, which ye made to yourselves. Therefore, will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the Lord... Amos 5:26-27

This is that Moses...to whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and IN THEIR HEARTS TURNED BACK AGAIN INTO EGYPT... And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifices unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the HOST OF HEAVEN: as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to Me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of FORTY YEARS IN THE WILDERNESS? Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the STAR OF YOUR GOD REMPHAN, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. Acts 7:37-43

Strong's Concordance explains that the Remphan [Chiun] was the ancient god, Saturn, aka Lucifer.
4481 Rhemphan {hrem-fan'} by incorrect transliteration for a word of Hebrew origin 3594; n pr m AV - Remphan 1; 1 Remphan = "the shrunken (as lifeless)" 1) the name of an idol worshipped secretly by the Israelites in the wilderness

3594 Kiyuwn {kee-yoon'} from 3559; n pr dei AV - Chiun 1; 1 Chiun = "an image" or "pillar" 1) probably a statue of the Assyrian-Babylonian god of the planet Saturn and used to symbolise Israelite apostasy.

Paul Christian's History and Practice of Magic describes the Talisman of Saturn as containing the Hebrew letters for Remphan, who is identified as the god of the planet Saturn. A picture of the actual talisman which is reproduced below demonstrates that the Talisman of Saturn displays the Star of Remphan.
TALISMAN OF SATURN
"On the first face is engraved...a pentagram or a star with five points. On the other side is engraved a bull's head enclosed in a SIX-POINTED STAR, and surrounded by letters composing the name REMPHA, THE PLANETARY GENIUS OF SATURN, according to the alphabet of the Magi." 20.

Please see The Six-Pointed Star: The Mark of the Beast for a more thorough treatment of this most important subject.

The Messianic Jewish movement was energized by the Jesus Movement of the late 1960s and early 1970s.  Another Jesus Revolution is gathering momentum through various youth assemblies such as The Call, D.C., also called the Elijah Revolution. Ads for The Call, D.C. featured Christian youth with writing on their foreheads. "Underground Propaganda" for this "Revolution" provided "cool banners" and locker posters for advertising The Call, DC on websites.  One animated banner displaying teens carrying a sign stating "WILL WORK FOR REVOLUTION!" metamorphoses to announce: "the jesus revolution continues..." Another banner states "same movement . . .cuter hair" alternating pictures of long-haired hippie vs. updated punk style.

A companion website titled The Elijah Revolution features Lou Engle's Prayer CDs, Prayers for the Elijah Revolution, X-treme Disciples and Joann McFatter's Temple Dance.  Recalling Hitler's Youth Movement, a page titled Nazis or Nazarites? calls for a radical youth army:

"A mighty youth army is gathering spontaneously, apparently out of nowhere. In the dark hours before the dawn, dew starts to collect on the ground that was dry the night before. It's an enemy's worst nightmare: to wake up and be suddenly surrounded by an army that appeared out of thin air! What had been an empty field the night before, is now filled with soldiers whose weapons and armor glint like dew in the sunrise. Overnight, an army of consecrated young people are going to emerge out of this present darkness.  Though presently unseen, this vast youth army is already mobilizing. Invisible now, invincible later. This is an army like no other - ever. The millennium awaits them."
The children of Christian parents are currently being mobilized for a radical youth army that will be characterized by a revolutionary zeal to overthrow the established order of Church and society.  It is vital that Christian parents and their children understand where this radical youth movement is leading.  For insight and information about the next *Jesus Revolution*, we recommend reading The Elijah Revolution. There are indications that this radical youth movement will also be identified by tattoos of a spiritual nature -- occult symbols that will mark the worshippers of the Beast.  To understand how the mark will be implemented using church youth groups and other youth ministries, Designer Marks of the Beast is must reading.  For a Biblical analysis showing why the six-pointed star is the mark of the beast, be sure to read our report, The Mark of the Beast: The Six-Pointed Star.
