The medieval Knights Templar were, in fact, Jewish Kabbalists masquerading as Christian warrior monks and, as such, represented a Fifth Column within the Roman Catholic Church. The sole objective of these Jewish infiltrators was to use Christendom to regain the Holy Land and to rebuild the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem, as Albert Pike revealed in Morals & Dogma. Following their near extermination on the continent of Europe in 1307, this medieval Mafia fled to Scotland where they took cover in the ancient guilds that were the forerunners of Freemasonry. To deceive the lower orders of Masons, the Templars feigned devotion to John the Baptist. Their secret doctrine portrayed Jesus Christ as a rival messiah who had arranged for John’s beheading to acquire his messianic title and following.
Katrina’s landfall on the “Feast of the Beheading of John the Baptist” would seem an irrelevant coincidence were it not for a famous short story penned by Washington Irving (1783–1859) not long after the Revolutionary period in the United States. The female protagonist in “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” was named “Katrina” and, in the tale, a mysterious “Headless Horseman” occasioned the disappearance of one Ichabod Crane, a puritanical country schoolmaster. Ichabod’s Biblical namesake was the grandson of Eli, the apostate high priest of Israel. I Samuel 4:22 records Ichabod’s birth and the significance of his name:
“And his daughter in law, Phinehas’ wife, was with child, near to be delivered: and when she heard the tidings that the ark of God was taken, and that her father in law and her husband were dead, she bowed herself and travailed; for her pains came upon her. And about the time of her death the women that stood by her said unto her, Fear not; for thou hast born a son. But she answered not, neither did she regard it. And she named the child Ichabod, saying, The glory is departed from Israel: because the ark of God was taken, and because of her father in law and her husband. And she said, The glory is departed from Israel: for the ark of God is taken.”
Strong’s Concordance translates “Ichabod” as “(there is) no glory, i.e. inglorious).” Israel’s glory departed when the Ark of the Covenant was stolen by the Philistines, who placed it among the pantheon of idols in their pagan temple. Can it be that “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” has an esoteric meaning related to the nation of Israel and the Ark of the Covenant? We shall attempt some analysis of the characters and plot:
SCENE II. Sleepy Hollow
Enter Katrina Van Tassel, Ichabod Crane,
Abraham “Brom Bones” Van Brunt and the Headless Horseman
Katrina Van Tassel. A beautiful damsel of Sleepy Hollow and the object of a rivalry between Brom Bones, the town bully, and Ichabod Crane, portrayed as the town nerd. “Katrina” is the German form of “Katharine,” which is derived from the Greek word “katharos” which means “pure, virginal.” Which brings to mind the medieval “Cathars,” (meaning “pure ones”) who were an heretical crypto-Jewish cult akin to the Templars, the arch rival of Roman Catholicism. The Cathar worship of the Black Virgin was a cover for their worship of the androgynous Mother Goddess, Diana/Janus/Jana, who was also worshipped by their fellow Jewish Kabbalists, the Templars, as John the Baptist.
Ichabod Crane. As the country schoolmaster, Ichabod taught the inhabitants of Sleepy Hollow to ward off evil spirits by reciting the Psalms. He had read books such as “History of New England Witchcraft” by Cotton Mather, who was a major figure in the famed Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Ichabod was depicted by Washington Irving as inanely superstitious regarding the witchcraft that was widespread in that region of Colonial America. In the final scene, Ichabod Crane is portrayed as a cowardly fool fleeing a phantom horseman, having lost the competition for the fair Katrina.
Abraham “Brom Bones” Van Brunt. Rival of Ichabod Crane for the hand of Katrina Van Tassel. The Old Testament names “Abraham” and “Ichabod” may be a Biblical allusion to the children of Abraham, the Jews, and their arch rival, the Christian Church, which the Jews regard as “Ichabod”! The character of “Brom Bones” may be a personification of the Knights Templar whose emblem was the Skull & Bones:
“According to later Freemasonic writers, the skull-and-crossbones was long associated with both the Templars and with the murdered Master... During the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, the skull-and-crossbones was used as a device to denote Hiram's grave—and, by extension, the grave of any Master Mason... The skull-and-crossbones was also an important part of the regalia of the Freemasonic degree known as 'Knight Templar’...” (The Temple & The Lodge, 106:129-130)
The Headless Horseman. A ghost from the Revolutionary War, although believed by the townspeople to be Abraham “Brom Bones” Van Brunt. Washington Irving provided the following description of the Headless Horseman, which is reminiscent of George W. Bush’s inaugural allusion to the “Angel riding the whirlwind” as well as the Biblical reference to Satan as “the prince of the power of the air” (Eph. 2:2). Irving wrote:
“The dominant spirit, however, that haunts this enchanted region, and seems to be commander-in-chief of all the powers of the air, is the apparition of a figure on horseback, without a head. It is said by some to be the ghost of a Hessian trooper, whose head had been carried away by a cannon-ball, in some nameless battle during the Revolutionary War, and who is ever and anon seen by the country folk hurrying along in the gloom of night, as if on the wings of the wind.”
“The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” took place in late Autumn, which has made it a popular Halloween tale. Further linking Irving’s legend with Halloween is the fact that the head of the Horseman, which was carried “before him on the pommel of his saddle,” was discovered at the end to be a pumpkin. Irving’s legend was in actuality, a parody of the Puritans’ condemnation of the witchcraft that was on the rise in New England during that era. The theme of Halloween as well as the name of that haunted region —“Sleepy Hollow”— imply that the wicked dead are not really dead, but in a transitory state of slumber from which they occasionally awake to haunt the living. “Sleepy Hollow” is, in essence, a veiled reference to the “Hollow Earth,” a delusion which occultists prefer to the Biblical doctrine of Hell. According to the Hollow Earth theory, the center of the Earth is hollow and a Paradise where the sleeping gods, a race of Supermen, wait to be resurrected. According to Genesis 7:1, the Great Flood began on the 17th day of the 2nd month of the Old Testament calendar, which is the end of October or beginning of November on the Gregorian calendar. This date falls precisely on All Hallow’s Eve which is the pagan celebration of the “Day of the Dead.” Halloween is the counterpart of the Druidic Feast of Samhain in honor of the “Lord of the Dead,” which ushered in the Celtic new year, and was the occasion of giving thanks to the Sun god for the harvest. in actual fact, however, Halloween and the two days which follow—the Feasts of All Saints and All Souls—are ancient commemorations of the wicked souls who died in the Great Flood. (See: The Great Flood and Halloween) Jack-o-lanterns, which look like severed heads, represent the dead souls of the pre-flood civilization returning to earth from their watery grave.
According to Tracy Twyman, the editor of Dagobert’s Revenge, these ancient pre-flood gods including Satan are “dead but dreaming”—that is, dreaming of their glorious return to reclaim their earthly kingdom. “Then the sunken kingdom shall rise, the dreaming lord shall awake, the phoenix emerge from the ashes, and the proper universal balance shall be restored. In astrology, the constellation of Orion looks like a man’s torso, having arms but lacking a head and legs. Orion represents Nimrod, who is said to have been deified after the Tower of Babel fiasco in Genesis 11. Nimrod “lived for an undetermined amount of centuries after the Flood, and was the grandson of Ham. He swore to build a tower too high for the waters to be able to reach! Thus avenging himself on God for destroying their forefathers!” (Tower of Babel) In his book, Star Names: Their Lore and Meaning, Richard Hinckley Allen stated that Nimrod/Orion was a hunter of men, rather than of animals:
“Later on the Jews called Orion Gibbor, the Giant, considered as Nimrod bound to the sky for rebellion against Jehovah whence perhaps came the Bands, or Bonds of Orion, which some say should be Cords, or a Girdle; but the concept of Nimrod as ‘the mighty Hunter before the Lord,’ at least in the ordinary sense of that word, is erroneous, for the original, according to universal Eastern tradition signifies a Lurking Enemy, or a Hunter of men rather than of beasts.” (927:309)
A close look at the constellation of Orion shows the hunter’s bow in his left hand and the pumpkin-colored star Betelgeuse in his right armpit, the same location as the pumpkin carried by the Headless Horseman in Irving’s legend (“before him on the pommel of his saddle”). Betelgeuse is more than 1,000 times larger than the Sun, 5,0000 times as luminous, and about 20 times as massive. According to H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos, a pantheon of the ancient deities which predate mankind, Betelgeuse is the home of the “good” Elder Gods.
In astrology, Orion is the Son of Neptune, the founder of Atlantis and future “beast” that will “rise up out of the sea” with the deadly head wound, according to Revelation 13:1-3. Long story short, the constellation Orion represented the ancient chief deities of many cultures, viz. Nimrod, Saturn, Tammuz, Osiris, Horus, Oannes, Quetzalcoatl, Viracocha—all Nephilim or Annunaki from the antediluvian world over which they ruled. The myth of Osiris, and all of his analogues, is disclosed in Spiritual Politics: “Like the goddess Isis, who found and restored all of the lost pieces of her husband, Osiris, many are restoring the unity of all life, bringing together the separate parts of humanity—different races, religions and cultures.” (42:62)
In Babylon Mystery Religion, Ralph Woodrow showed the phony worship of John the Baptist to be the worship of the Chaldean water-god, Oannes, which is “Joannes” Latinized.
“Besides the fire ceremony that was observed on June 24, this day was also known among those heathen tribes as the festival of water. And had not John the Baptist been especially known as the one that baptized with WATER? And so this slight similarity helped disguise the continuation of the pagan day, now renamed.
“But the real significance that connected this day with water was that it was sacred to OANNES, the ancient fishgod! Stemming from another ancient Babylonian fable, as we mentioned earlier, Nimrod was supposed to have reappeared in the ‘Mysteries’ after he was slain as OANNES. In an article on Nimrod, Fausett says: ‘Oannes the fishgod, Babylon’s Civilizer, rose out of the red sea,’
“And so we see how Nimrod, water, and the fish-god Oannes were all connected. Now in the Latin language. . . John was called Joannes. Notice how similar Joannes is to Oannes! And so...another pagan day was smoothly adopted...disguised with the name of John the Baptist.” (494:167)
Masonic sources state that the Templar “Skull & Crossbones” symbolize the missing head and legs of Orion, which is further evidence that their veneration of the beheaded John the Baptist is actually the worship of Orion and analogous pre-flood deities, and ultimately Sun worship.
“The omission of Orion's head and legs in the constellation of Orion, illustrated above, is immediately noticeable. It would seem that Orion has had his legs and his head chopped off!
“A similar practice was observed by the Knights Templar five and a half thousand years later when they were buried. By adopting this practice the deceased Knights Templar became as one with Orion and, by implication, Osiris. The ‘skull and crossbones’ … Orion's missing head and legs…were also adopted by the Knights Templar as their emblem, their symbol of recognition.
“As we shall soon discover, the severed head of Orion is in fact the Sun. Moreover it is the headless Orion which is the source of legends about severed heads.” (903, Ch. 9)
In other words, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” was based on the pagan myth of Orion, i.e., Nimrod, Saturn, Tammuz, Osiris, Horus, Oannes—all rolled into one and disguised as the headless John the Baptist—whose severed head represents the Sun god whose worship was abruptly terminated by the Great Flood!!! Can it be that Washington Irving’s classic tale was reenacted, or rather its prophetic fulfillment was set in motion, on the feast of the Beheading of John the Baptist, with the flooding of New Orleans?
SCENE III. The United States
Enter The Phoenix
In mythology, the Crane is a sacred bird of omen and, in the Celtic bird-ogham (alphabet), the Crane corresponds to the period in which Katrina struck New Orleans: “Aug 6 - Sept 2 - C (Coll, crane).” In Greek mythology, Diana’s lover and/or twin brother Apollo was changed into a crane after he tricked the goddess into wounding the head of Orion, i.e., the Sun god. Moreover, the phoenix and the crane are related as solar symbols: “…the Egyptian hieroglyphic benu, which is a figure of a heron or crane (and thus akin to the phoenix), was employed to designate the rising sun.” (Augury)
That the “crane” is a solar symbol equivalent to the “phoenix” would seem to have prophetic implications for the United States in terms of the Zionist Plan. Those poor Pilgrims who brought Christianity to the New World in the early 1600s were soon co-opted by the wealthy Judeo-Freemasons who engineered the American Revolution. This cabal of aristocratic revolutionaries established a government that was independent of the Old World and based wholly on Judeo-Masonic principles. In the new Masonic government, members of the Roman Catholic Church, which had suppressed the Jewish Templars in Europe, were even barred from holding public office. After their takeover of America in 1776, the Judeo-Freemasons, rather than Christians, would hold the reigns of government of the United States and determine its destiny. The post-revolutionary “Legend of Sleepy Hollow” was a tribute to the Judeo-Masonic victory (Brom Bones) over the Christian influence (Ichabod Crane) in the United States, as well as a prophetic narrative of things to come—when the “Headless Horseman” would conduct another midnight ride through the United States of America.
In 1856, the American poet Walt Whitman wrote to his fellow Freemason, Ralph Waldo Emerson, that the United States is a “work in progress” which would have to die for the Zionist Plan of world conquest, and a New World Order, to come into being:
“America, having duly conceived, bears out of herself offspring of her own to do the workmanship wanted. To freedom, to strength, to poems, to personal greatness, it is never permitted to rest, not a generation or part of a generation. To be ripe beyond further increase is to prepare to die. The architects of These States laid their foundations, and passed to further, spheres. What they laid is a work done; as much more remains. Now are needed other architects, whose duty is not less difficult, but perhaps more difficult. Each age forever needs architects. America is not finished, perhaps never will be; now America is a divine true sketch. There are Thirty-Two States sketched—the population thirty millions. In a few years there will be Fifty States. Again in a few years there will be A Hundred States, the population hundreds of millions, the freshest and freest of men. The Great Seal of the United States, which is displayed on the back of the dollar bill, is evidence that the United States was predestined by its Zionist founders to self-destruct. For the Eagle which adorns the Seal was originally a Phoenix, the occult symbol of self-immolation:
“The hand of the Mysteries controlled the establishment of the United States Government and the signature of the Mysteries may still be seen on the Great Seal of the United States of America. The Seal discloses a mass of Masonic symbols, chiefly amongst them the American Eagle, which is a conventionalized phoenix. The U S Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter said ‘The real rulers in Washington are invisible and exercise power from behind the scenes .’” - G. Kumar

The Phoenix is a mythical bird which lives for five hundred years, then burns itself on a funeral pyre and rises from the ashes as a lowly worm that becomes a bird once more. It is said to gather incense for its own bier, to lie down amidst the flames of the pyre, and then to be reborn from the ashes. The Phoenix was also a symbol of the mythical Egyptian Sun god, Osiris, which is the soul of Orion, the headless god and archetype of the Headless Horseman in “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”:
“According to Egyptian sources a sacred bird was occasionally seen at the temple in Heliopolis, the city of the sun god... The bird symbolized the rising sun, i.e. the day and eternal rebirth. According to an Egyptian myth Osiris transformed into a phoenix bird in Heliopolis. The bird was from time to time depicted sitting in a tree next to Osiris’ coffin, thus symbolizing Osiris’, the dead man’s, resurrection after death. In Greek sources...the phoenix bird’s cyclic renewal is a core theme... This story about the phoenix bird was spread and has lasted until today. Christian monks [the Knights Templar!] in the middle ages employed the phoenix bird as a symbol of Christ because of its voluntary death, rebirth after death and its pure way of coming to life.” (Hans Christian Anderson Center)
The original design submitted for the Great Seal of the United States depicted the Phoenix in a nest of flames. This pagan symbol was discreetly changed to the eagle to obscure its occult symbolism: the planned destruction of the United States of America. Also engraved on the Great Seal was the six-pointed Seal of Solomon, which symbolizes rebirth. That the Seal of Solomon is also the Star of David on the flag of Israel reveals where the “New Order of the Ages” will be reborn. Moreover, the Judeo-Masonic Seal reveals that the New World Order envisioned by the Judeo-Freemasons would be the Jews’ “New Jerusalem”:
“Washington would also stamp Templar and Masonic symbols on the dollar bill, which survive to this day. The eye enclosed in a triangle echoes the apocalyptic visions of an obscure medieval seer, Joachim de Fiore, while the pyramid, left unfinished, suggests a pinnacle of human wisdom that is still to be reached.

So it was the “millennial yearnings” of the Gnostic monk, Joachim of Fiore, that fuelled the American Revolution? And we thought the Revolutionary War was fought over representative government, religious freedom, and the rationalist ideals of the founding fathers! Now we are informed by President George Bush that the American Revolution is not over, and that it is actually directed by a mysterious angel which answers to Lucifer:
“After the Declaration of Independence was signed, Virginia statesman John Page wrote to Thomas Jefferson: ‘We know the Race is not to the swift nor the Battle to the Strong. Do you not think an Angel rides in the Whirlwind and directs this Storm?...’ This work continues. The story goes on. The multitude of Judeo-Masonic symbols on the currency of the United States is like the handwriting on the wall which forecasts the downfall of another great superpower. However, these symbols also reveal that the sacrifice of the United States of America by her own leaders was preordained from the time of the American Revolution, and probably well before. The Judeo-Freemasons also understood that the transition into their New World Order would not be a smooth process, and that they would need to attribute the whole messy business (“Ordo ab Chao”) to God Almighty, lest Americans discover the true perpetrators.
George Washington, a 33° Freemason and Charter Worshipful Master of Alexandria Lodge No. 22, purportedly had a vision of the destruction of the United States. If this vision truly originated with Washington, and is not a recent invention by the Judeo-Freemasons, it may have been a prediction of what was planned in that era for the USA. “A Vision of George Washington: "The Birth, the progress and the destiny of the United States” even has foreign armies invading the United States:

A preview of the terrors that have been planned for the U.S. is featured in a shocking video game that was released in October of 2005 and is being marketed to teenagers. The purpose of the game is to give young Americans experience in strategic combat against other regions of their own country which have seceded from the Union and divided into seven nation-states, including Washington, D.C. and surrounding states which are occupied by a European Union peacekeeping force.

To justify the destruction of the USA, the Zionists must now portray America as “Babylon the Great” collapsing under the wrath of God, per Revelation 18. Surely, “Ichabod,” which means “the glory has departed,” could apply the United States in its degenerate condition today, yet the propagandists never mention that the Jewish-owned and controlled entertainment media has led the United States down the broad road to moral destruction.
Moreover, the Zionist cabal must incite the people of the world against Americans so that when their beloved country falls, the world will rejoice, never suspecting the truth. Which is why the ubiquitous propaganda mills on the Internet continuously revile the USA as “Babylon” and even gloat over its imminent demise. Zionists believe that God has given the Jews the absolute right to complete control over, not only Palestine, but the vast territory called “Eretz Israel” or Greater Israel, which they claim extends from present-day Egypt to Iraq, from the Nile to the Euphrates rivers. Were they to read the New Testament, however, the Zionists would learn that the Jews no longer have a right to the land of Israel, that is, not until they recognize Jesus Christ as their Messiah. Furthermore, they would realize that their forefathers’ rejection of the Messiah led to their expulsion in 70 A.D., a divine judgment that will only be revoked upon the Jews’ repentance, and not before (Zech. 14). For Jesus Himself cursed Israel and also foretold when that curse would be lifted:
“And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.” (Matt. 21:19)
“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.” (Luke 13:34-35)
The Jews further misappropriate God’s promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3, “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee.” Because the Jews rejected Jesus Christ, Genesis 12:3 now applies to Christians who are the seed of Abraham by faith, as the apostle Paul wrote:
“For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” (Romans 4:13-17)
Based on their flawed interpretation of the Old Testament, and rejection of the New Testament, the Zionists boldly declare that those who “touch the apple of God’s eye” — meaning the Jews or the State of Israel — or stand in the way of the design of Greater Israel, will experience the terrible judgment of God. For this reason, they proudly assert, God will now sink the United States for pressuring Israel to remove Jews from Gaza.

Schuffert was citing a prophecy spoken at the synagogue of Daniel Juster, who is the director of Tikkun International. “Tikkun” means “Transformation” and Juster is a leader of the Lausanne Consultation on Jewish Evangelism (LCJE), which is drawing Messianic Jews into the one world religion of the Antichrist. What the Zionist agents ignore in their condemnation of the U.S. is that the state of Louisiana invests billions of dollars in the State of Israel and even has a trade partnership with Israel! Do other U.S. states also invest in Israel?
